Green Churches for Climate Action

Faith Leads-Technology Serves-Trees Flourish

Green Churches Kenya is a church-led environmental movement designed by Mwangaza Light that integrates theology, technology, and trees to advance faith-based climate action for the wellbeing of both people and the planet.

Lasting change happens when churches, schools, and families act together. Through three interconnected focus areas – theology, technology, and trees – Green Churches Kenya works with churches to enabled systemic change, while building ecumenical platforms at local, county, and national levels that support churches to lead the transition to clean energy and Creation Care in churches, schools, and homes.
